With reference to our conversation on Saturday the
officer Administering the Government agrees that the libel case
should be settled on the condition that an apology, in form
approved by the Government, is published in the press, and
that each side you pays its own costs,
Mr.Bevern wishes to leave the question of hamil ton's
costs over until the Governor returns.
